Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP. Make sure you take pictures of any damages or issues to be served as documentation to either get you a refund or replacement package.
Returns
Our goods are perishable and thus cannot be physically returned. If there are any issues with your order please contact hello@zwitafoods.com and we will refund you if you are not satisfied with your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email with pictures of damages or description of any problems so that we can issue you a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
