Ever heard of Pizza Neptune? It’s hands down THE pizza to get in Tunisia. Seriously, if you happen to visit, don't waste your money on any other pizza. Pizza Neptune is basically a regular cheese pizza topped with tuna, olives, capers, onions and it tastes exactly like home. Nostalgia in a pizza!
Ingredients
1 Frozen Cheese Pizza
½ Can, Tuna
1 tbsp, Capers
1-2 tbsp, Olives (washed & chopped)
⅓ Onion (thinly sliced)
2-3 tbsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Pre-heat oven according to the frozen pizza packaging instructions. In the meantime, remove frozen pizza from packaging and garnish with the olives, capers, onions.
Bake pizza until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. This may take longer due to the extra toppings. In the meantime, dilute the harissa paste in extra virgin olive oil in a cup.
Once the pizza is done, remove from the oven and top with the canned tuna. For an extra spicy kick, drizzle the harissa oil mix on top of the pizza.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
