Your steak & eggs breakfast just got a major upgrade! This steak-loaded shakshuka with eggs will easily satisfy all your meat cravings.
0.5 lb, Eye of Round Roast Beef
1 tsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Eggs
0.5 tsp, Salt
0.5 tsp, Cayenne
Your favorite bread!
Dice the beef into 1 inch cubes and toss in the salt, cayenne, & extra virgin olive oil. Allow 15 minutes to marinate.
In a pre-heated pan on medium-high heat, add the diced steak. Stir and sear for 5 minutes or until nicely browned.
Empty the pouch of Shakshuka into the pan as the meat is sautéing. Mix until the meat is well incorporated into the shakshuka and the whole thing is simmering.
Crack in the eggs and keep simmering on medium-low heat until the eggs are cooked through to your liking.
