At peak laziness? We got you!! This may be the most delicious lazy thing we’ve concocted! 4 ingredients and an oven is all you need! If you wanna keep it vegan, ditch the Parmigiano Reggiano!
1 frozen pizza crust
1 pouch, shakshuka
3 eggs
3 tbsp parmiggiano reggiano
¼ tsp black pepper (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 425F (or whatever is recommended by your pizza brand).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pizza crust on top. Empty the shakshuka and spread over the pizza crust.
Make 3 little wells and crack an egg into each one
Sprinkle the cheese over the pizza crust followed by the black pepper
Place into the oven and bake for 12-14 min (depending on your oven)
Remove, allow to rest for a few minutes, then slice into 4-8 pieces.
